“External heaven radiates as sunlight and all that comes to us. Internally, heaven radiates from our hearts and is fueled by jing, qi, and shen. The ten thousand things are transient manifestations, illusions that come and go. The reality is heaven without and heaven within are one. Medically the false sense of one’s self as being one of the 10,000 things is ignorance, which leads, ultimately, to the waste of a life.” lj
